Surfing on a bewitching and sun-drenched wave of psychedelia comes Brighton’s Wax Machine. Recently signed to Batov Records (Şatellites, Sababa 5) the blissed out Guardians of Eden is the first single to be lifted from their forthcoming album, Hermit’s Grove, set for release on the 1st of July. 

The project of Brazilian-born, Italian/English-raised Lau Ro, this new album is a deep dive into his Brazilian roots, taking inspiration from 60s Tropicalia and features a version of Canto De Iemanja from Vinicius De Moraes and Baden Powell's album Os Afro-sambas. A tour de force live, the group has shared the stage with the likes of the Babe Rainbow, Kikagaku Moyo, and Vanishing Twin and are currently in the midst of a UK and European tour, ending with a home coming show in Brighton on 27th May.
